How can we hold the light for others?

Do what feels right

Don’t feel pressured to do anything that is out of your comfort zone, do what you feel inspired to do and where the energy flows. When you do what feels connected, you will have an impact instead of what you ‘should’ do. Tune in and get in alignment with what feels right for you.

Serve your community

Try and help people in any way you can, call someone to check-in with them or order food for someone in need. Do whatever you can do to be of service in a safe way and follow guidelines. It’s physical not social isolation so we need to maintain the human comnnection in other ways.

Rely on your spiritual connection and don’t worry

It’s important for us to be mindful of the energy we’re putting into our environment. We know our experience is an outpicturing of our minds and the collective worry is only magnifying the problem right now. It’s our responsibility to stop giving momentum to worry and start giving it to peace and positivity.
Rely on your spiritual connection in whatever way feels good. There’s no need to over-complicate things. Keep it very, very simple.

Give yourself permission to not feel OK

In order to keep our light on for others we have to show ourselves a lot of compassion. Give yourself permission to feel whatever is coming up for you. Just like the oxygen mask on the plane we need to take care of ourselves before we can take care of others.
It’s hard sometimes not to worry but we need to remember we have a Higher Power at the back of everything. Now more than ever you need to have a good spiritual practice and use any tools you know or we’re always here to help you at the School of Metaphysics.
